Refund policy

RETURNS

  • We do not accept returns. We only allow exchanges under certain conditions.


EXCHANGE

  • We offer exchanges only within 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Exchange charges of Rs.150 will apply per item exchanged, which will be deducted from your total order value.


REFUNDS

  • No bank refunds will be issued. Refund will only be given in customer's website wallet which he/she can use anytime in future.
  • In the case of defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the defect before authorizing an exchange.
